Roadside Now is a marketplace and dispatch platform for roadside assistance requests. Providers are independent businesses or drivers representing provider businesses.

Emergency Notice

Roadside Now is not an emergency-response service. If anyone is injured, there is fire, smoke, leaking fuel, a crash hazard, or immediate danger, contact emergency services first.

SMS Notifications

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree that Roadside Now may send transactional SMS messages related to your account, verification, roadside request, provider assignment, ETA and status updates, cancellations, provider job offers, driver updates, and support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages or HELP for help. Opting out may prevent Roadside Now from sending job, provider, driver, or account updates by SMS.

Customer Payment

For MVP service, customers pay the assigned provider directly after service. The app may show an estimated provider price, but final charges can change if the service details, location, vehicle condition, or requested work changes.

Provider Responsibility

Providers are responsible for licenses, insurance, safe operation, driver qualifications, equipment, collecting customer payment, job completion evidence, and truthful status/location updates.

Cancellations And Issues

Customers and providers can cancel jobs where allowed by the workflow. Address issues, safety issues, customer-not-present reports, and access problems may be reviewed by Roadside Now operations.
