Roadside Now collects the information needed to match customers with roadside providers and to help providers operate active jobs.

Data We Collect

Account and profile data may include name, email, phone, business details, driver details, vehicle details, and provider compliance records. Job data may include pickup address, GPS coordinates, service type, messages, photos, issue reports, completion notes, and customer signature name.

The provider driver app collects precise location while a driver is online or working an active job. Location is used for dispatch distance, estimated arrival, customer tracking, arrival validation, fraud prevention, support, and safety review.

How We Use Data

We use data to create accounts, route requests, dispatch offers, show live job progress, review provider compliance, resolve support issues, protect the marketplace, and maintain required business records.

SMS Messaging

When you provide a mobile number and opt in, Roadside Now may send transactional SMS messages for verification codes, roadside request confirmations, provider assignment, ETA and status updates, cancellations, provider job offers, driver updates, and support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

Roadside Now does not use SMS consent for unrelated marketing. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Payments

For the MVP, customers pay providers directly. Roadside Now tracks provider lead fees separately. We do not store full card numbers, CVCs, raw bank account numbers, or Social Security numbers in this app.

Sharing

Customer pickup details and job information are shared with the assigned provider. Provider location during active work may be shared with the customer and operations admins. We may share information with service providers that host infrastructure, storage, maps, notifications, compliance tools, and support systems.

Service providers are allowed to use information only to support Roadside Now services, such as hosting, messaging delivery, maps, notifications, compliance review, and customer support.

Your Choices

You can request account deletion or data export from the app or the account deletion page. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, tax, legal, or compliance reasons.
